Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist – Junior Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid – 2 days a month in office, additional days as needed.) Job Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with all parties involved. Provide versatile support to recruiters, managing high‑volume tasks efficiently. Schedule and coordinate interviews across various locations, including virtual and in‑person. Handle candidate communications via email, phone, and text, ensuring timely responses. Assist with candidate travel arrangements and process reimbursements as needed. Draft and issue offer letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Skills Required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
