Overview

We are seeking a poised and highly professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for a fast-growing and high performing personal injury law firm. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to create a polished client experience from the moment someone walks through the door or calls the office. Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred due to the diverse client base. 

This is not a standard front desk position. You will represent a firm that handles complex and high-stake matters and prides itself on delivering an elevated level of service. The ideal candidate understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and hospitality in a legal environment where clients are often navigating sensitive and stressful situations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and empathy

·        Manage a high volume multi line phone system with accuracy and composure

·        Coordinate attorney and staff calendars with precision

·        Support client intake processes and ensure seamless handoffs to legal teams

·        Maintain a refined and organized reception environment that reflects the firm’s standards

·        Assist with administrative tasks, document handling, and internal communication

·        Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Ideal Background

·        Experience in a law firm, medical office, or professional services environment

·        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with empathy and clarity

·        High level of organization and attention to detail

·        Professional presence and the ability to remain composed under pressure

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems

·        Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
