About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Network Development and Strategic Initiatives. This senior leadership role is pivotal in advancing the enterprise's strategic priorities, particularly in the areas of clinical service line strategies, ambulatory care, and regional network development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's regional network development efforts, establishing and nurturing relationships with community hospitals, physician organizations, and health system partners. They will also oversee the development and implementation of strategies across various clinical service lines, ensuring alignment with competitive positioning, market opportunities, and financial sustainability goals. Additionally, the VP will be instrumental in leading the company's system-wide ambulatory care strategy, integrating it with digital health and consumer access initiatives, and establishing performance frameworks to track execution and growth outcomes. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' healthcare leadership experience, with a focus on strategic planning, service line strategy development, and network development. The role requires a proven track record in leading strategic initiatives, particularly in a complex, multi-specialty healthcare environment.
