Business Development Manager

Job Overview Insight Global’s client is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage existing strategic accounts while driving new business development and revenue growth initiatives. This individual will be responsible for expanding relationships with key hospitality customers while identifying new opportunities to increase market share and profitability. The ideal candidate brings extensive business development experience within the hospitality industry , specifically in manufacturing or durable goods, along with a proven track record of driving measurable account growth. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 4+ years of business development, B2B sales, or account management experience Relationships with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, or hospitality developers Proven track record of revenue growth Experience developing new business opportunities Experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements CRM and ERP experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Relationships with hotel brands, resorts, hospitality management groups, developers, architects, or designers Acumatica experience Procurement-portal experience Compensation: 85-115k per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
