We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. General Purpose: Prepares food products for restaurant and banquet operations to ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Schedule: Nights and weekends are mandatory.

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Demands:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares sufficient quantities of food in accordance with production plans or forecasted needs
- Utilizes whole food products while minimizing waste
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
- Alerts chef or supervisor of equipment issues, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner
- Requisitions inventory and receives supplies as needed for daily production
- Ensures proper storage of food items, including wrapping, dating, and rotating products
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Demands:
- Frequently stands, uses hands, talks, hears, tastes, and smells
- Regularly walks and reaches with hands and arms
Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls
Regularly lifts up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 100 pounds
- Regularly works in extreme heat (non-weather) and near moving mechanical parts
- Occasionally works in extreme cold (non-weather), wet or humid conditions (non-weather), near toxic or caustic chemicals, and outdoors
- Noise level is moderate
