Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dayton, OH. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, handling customer relations and ensuring sales goals are met. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, training and coaching sales staff, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also handle inventory management and the warehouse and delivery team. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to sales staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, leadership, and strategy development
Strong analytical skills and market analysis abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Supervisory and team-building skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to drive sales
Organizational skills to handle inventory
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the appliance industry is a plus
