Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our community health team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality healthcare and addressing the needs of patients from various backgrounds.

Function

• 100% outpatient role; Family Medicine physicians will also treat pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Provide comprehensive primary care including health assessments, routine checkups, vaccines, and acute/sick visits.
• Serve a diverse patient population across various demographics and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with standard business hours; occasional evening and weekend coverage on a rotating basis.
• Balance of scheduled appointments with the flexibility to accommodate walk-in and urgent visits.

Requirements

• CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required.
• Residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Bilingual language skills in Spanish preferred but not required.
