This is not just a "driving" job—it is a skilled operator role. You will be responsible for transporting materials and safely operating heavy industrial equipment on-site and on the road. We are seeking professionals who have a solid track record running vacuum trucks, roll-off systems, and dump trucks.

Mandatory Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Commercial Driver's License: Valid Class B CDL (Class A also welcome) with a clean driving record.
• Endorsements: Tanker (N) AND Hazmat (H) endorsements are strictly required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate, position, and utilize specialized fleet vehicles, including liquid/dry vacuum trucks, roll-off trucks, and dump trucks.
• On-Site Execution: Perform industrial cleaning, environmental remediation, and waste transport tasks according to regulatory and company compliance protocols.
• Pre/Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct rigorous vehicle inspections daily, ensuring all safety equipment, hoses, and valves are secure and fully functional.
• Documentation: Accurate and timely completion of manifests, logbooks, and field service reports to maintain absolute data integrity for our tracking and compliance teams.
• Safety Protocol: Strictly adhere to OSHA, DOT, and INSERV safety standards, including wearing appropriate PPE and managing load weight limits.

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 1–2 years of verifiable experience operating vacuum trucks, roll-off hoists, or heavy dump trucks.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort handling hoses, operating PTO (Power Take-Off) systems, pumping mechanisms, and managing liquid or hazardous loads.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes and localized route demands.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical labor associated with environmental services (moving hoses, securing tarps, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs).
