Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in E-Commerce to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable insights, ensuring smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives and digital transformation projects. Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather and document business requirements , use cases, and functional specifications. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour studies to support product and platform enhancements. Translate business goals into technical and functional requirements , user stories, and process flows. Analyze and optimize customer journeys, conversion funnels, and order management workflows . Evaluate e-commerce platform performance using data-driven insights (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with UI/UX teams to ensure user-friendly and conversion-optimized designs. Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate system enhancements. Work closely with technical teams on platform integrations such as payment gateways, ERP, CRM, OMS, and third-party logistics solutions. Support A/B testing, personalization, and SEO/SEM initiatives to enhance customer experience and online visibility. Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), and process documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in E-Commerce, Retail, or Digital Platforms . Strong understanding of E-Commerce ecosystems (catalog management, pricing, promotions, cart & checkout, fulfillment, returns, etc.). Hands‑on experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud , or equivalent. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio). Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps . Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
