Senior Financial Analyst – JLL Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Overview As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting JLL's Procter & Gamble account, you will serve as the financial backbone for a dynamic, client‑focused team delivering facilities management excellence. You will partner with site leaders across the region to build budgets, drive cost optimization, and provide insights that shape business decisions. Your role bridges financial planning and operational execution, ensuring budget accuracy and financial integrity for both JLL and P&G finance teams. Responsibilities Managing the complete budget lifecycle, from supporting site leaders in annual budget construction through monitoring actual spend execution against plan and identifying variances that require corrective action. Ensuring budgets align with contractual service conditions and conducting regular financial reviews and audits. Developing and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts for the account, performing variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Consolidating regional site budgets and preparing comprehensive reports for site leaders, regional finance directors, and P&G Finance. Serving as the primary point of contact for financial transaction accuracy across both P&G's SAP system and JLL's JD Edwards platform, managing the chart of accounts, ensuring proper invoicing processes, and verifying year‑end accruals according to P&G guidelines. Partnering with site leaders to identify cost‑reduction opportunities and drive savings initiatives that maximize account profitability. Developing detailed bridging documents analyzing site spend and funding from P&G, and confidently challenging P&G Finance on expenditure decisions when appropriate. Building strong working relationships with the client and maintaining fully integrated collaboration with account teams including Facilities Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Technical Management, Project Delivery Services, and Sourcing. Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes, championing the adoption of financial technology solutions that improve accuracy, speed, and data integrity across the account. Supporting financial analysis for optimization projects, ensuring key performance indicators are achieved (particularly those associated with finance), and complying with activity schedules agreed between JLL Finance and P&G's Global Business Services Finance team. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with 5‑7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience including demonstrated budget management at an operational level. Experience supporting facilities management or corporate real‑estate accounts preferred. Advanced proficiency in SAP and JD Edwards financial systems, with expert-level Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting functions. Ability to navigate complex ERP environments and manage dual‑system chart of accounts. Proven track record of financial forecasting accuracy, variance analysis, and budget development. Strong analytical competency with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for operational leaders. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders and build collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external clients. Detail‑oriented self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative, autonomy, and accountability. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within corporate client account structures or shared services environments, especially supporting large global accounts. Familiarity with Procter & Gamble's financial systems, governance processes, or facilities management operations. Knowledge of financial process automation tools and technologies. Experience identifying efficiency opportunities and implementing solutions that improve data integrity, reporting speed, or process standardization. Understanding of facilities management cost structures including utilities, maintenance, capital projects, and service‑delivery models. Ability to analyze operational spend categories and their relationship to service‑level agreements. Professional certification progress toward CPA, CMA, or similar credentials. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in finance and accounting best practices. Experience with cost optimization initiatives and savings identification methodologies. Track record of partnering with operational leaders to identify and implement financial improvements. Customer‑service orientation with proven ability to build trusted‑advisor relationships, manage client expectations, and balance financial discipline with operational needs. Adaptability and change‑management skills, with a history of implementing new processes, systems, or reporting requirements. History of embracing innovation and thinking outside traditional financial frameworks to solve business challenges.
