Bloom Partners has been engaged by a Commercial Landscape company in the Alpharetta, GA market to recruit and hire a customer-facing Account Manager to join their landscape maintenance team.
The Account Manager will have full ownership of an established portfolio as the single source of accountability. The portfolio consists of approximately $1.5 million in annual landscape maintenance revenue and $850,000 in annual enhancement sales . The ideal candidate will have successful experience in front of customers, a thorough understanding of the commercial landscaping industry, and a willingness to grow.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS include:
- Competitive Base Salary and Commissions on Enhancement Sales
- Potential to earn up to $100k annually
- Base Pay: $60,000 to $70,000 per year
- Bonus pay (up to 10% of base salary annually)

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Manage an established portfolio consisting of approximately $1.5 million in annual landscape maintenance revenue and $850,000 in annual enhancement sales .
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationship management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your portfolio to ensure crews and customers are always taken care of safely and efficiently.
- Partner closely with the Field Manager , who oversees field quality control, to ensure exceptional service execution and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently collaborate with fellow Account Managers to share industry knowledge and resources.
- Identify and communicate resources needed to complete work at all levels, including crews, customers, and internal teams.
- Conduct detailed property quality audits to identify enhancement opportunities and communicate execution plans to field teams.
- Promote and uphold company standards to maintain a positive team environment internally and externally.
- Inspire and educate teammates to encourage adoption of new systems and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of commercial landscape Account Management experience or a similar role.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of landscape maintenance equipment, trucks, and operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance operations and efficiencies.
