Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid special education teaching certification
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Special Education or a related field
• Prior experience working with students in general or special education settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tailor instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Organizational skills and compassion for students and their families

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with varying abilities
