NSB is a family-owned, People First company focused on Insurance Subrogation and Accounts Receivable Management with more than 40 years of industry experience. Responsibilities Communicate via phone with people from all backgrounds and personalities Make outbound calls (75+ per day) Use software to note accounts and communicate with insurance companies Negotiate and lead conversations to recover the highest balances for our clients Coordinate with team members on accounts Document accounts with proper notes to ensure quick communication Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements Training in-office before starting hybrid work Ability to work a hybrid schedule of work from home and in-office days once collector target metrics are met Secure home office: dedicated high-speed internet (Cable, DSL, Fiber) with a hardwired connection (not Wi-Fi), 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, latency Dedicated quiet space with professional backdrop Strong empathy and high level of professionalism Excellent communication skills High motivation and positive attitude Attention to detail Time-management skills Computer and typing skills Proficiency using collaboration software for video collaboration with team throughout the day Training Program Enrolled in comprehensive in-office training on first day covering industry knowledge, role expectations, specific job skills, and ongoing support from training manager and management team #J-18808-Ljbffr National Service Bureau
