, you are the clinical leader in the center. Youll oversee quality patient care, guide LPNs and support staff, educate families, and ensure every child receives safe, individualized, compassionate nursing care.

???? What Youll Do

?? Perform admission assessments and develop individualized care plans

?? Monitor, assess, and document patient progress

?? Implement physician orders and communicate care updates

?? Supervise LPNs and unlicensed personnel

?? Coordinate interdisciplinary care for medically complex children

?? Provide education, counseling, and support to families

?? Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and trainings

?? Assist with orientation of new team members

?? Respond confidently to pediatric emergencies

Youll play a key role in ensuring children receive high-quality, coordinated care while supporting families as they navigate complex medical needs.
