Scope of Work / Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules from pre-construction through project completion
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines
• Plan and manage logistics, including material deliveries, equipment scheduling, and workforce allocation
• Identify critical path activities and proactively address potential delays
• Track project progress and provide regular schedule updates and reports
• Ensure all activities comply with project sequencing, permits, and inspection requirements
• Work closely with field teams to ensure proper execution of daily and weekly schedules
• Assist in evaluating change orders and their impact on the project schedule
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor site constraints and develop solutions to optimize workflow and productivity

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler (residential experience preferred)
• Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar)
• Solid understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and timelines
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
