As a Job Description Paralegal As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our Legal Department and ensuring the organization operates with integrity, compliance, and excellence. What You’ll Accomplish With Us Provide support to the VP–Chief Legal Counsel on corporate and compliance matters Review routine legal agreements and pleadings Coordinate with internal and external counsel on discovery, document collection, and litigation calendaring Conduct factual and legal research, including case law, statutes, and regulatory analysis Assist with regulatory and licensing matters Organize and maintain case files, legal documents, and department records Support legal review of agreements under the direction of the Legal team Respond to internal inquiries regarding contracts, policies, and other legal issues Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, expense oversight, filing, and record‑keeping Maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, insurers, and regulators Ensure consistency between the legal department and business partners Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the legal department What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role Is known for their strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation Stands out for their excellent legal research and writing skills Demonstrates strong attention to detail and critical thinking Is recognized for their ability to manage multiple projects under pressure Has 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, ideally with a focus on regulatory compliance and/or contract review Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (Paralegal certification is a plus) Is proficient with MS Office and legal research databases, and can quickly learn new systems Shows excellent organization, record‑keeping, and prioritization skills Works well independently and as part of a team Adapts well to procedural and organizational changes Brings a positive, learning‑oriented attitude and takes initiative in their work Is able to work overtime as business needs require Why you’ll love working with us A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces Competitive benefits, including: Flexible group insurance Competitive pension plan Stock purchase plan Vacation and wellness/personal development days Telemedicine Employee and family assistance program Ergonomic furniture program Performance bonus Discounts on iA products And much more Working Conditions The incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily.
