Our highly esteemed law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be involved in complex and challenging mass tort litigation and insurance defense litigation. This is a full-time role requiring a strong commitment to excellence, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

As a Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post trial.

Obtaining, reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing records and other case materials.

Drafting pleadings, motions and appellate documents and filing them with the court.

Working with local counsel in other states.

Providing assistance with case settlements.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in mass tort litigation or insurance defense litigation.

Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited program.

Proficiency in discovery software and MS Office.

Knowledge of the legal field, court procedures, and legal protocols.
