Job Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for customers at our collision center. The CSR plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience by coordinating customer intake, managing communication between departments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet customers in person and over the phone with a professional and courteous attitude. Schedule appointments for vehicle estimates and repairs. Collect and input customer and vehicle information into the management system. Provide updates to customers on repair status and timelines. Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance adjusters to ensure smooth workflow. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. Process payments and handle basic billing and invoicing tasks. Maintain a clean and organized front office area. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive or collision industry a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems) Ability to multi‑task and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
