Payroll & Tax Accounting Manager

This role is centered on driving financial excellence in a growing organization that leverages Netsuite for its operations. As a Finance Leader, you will oversee financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning, ensuring that the company's financial health aligns with its growth objectives. The position offers a hybrid work setting, allowing flexibility while still maintaining a collaborative environment.
• Significant experience in financial management and controlling, preferably with Netsuite
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting processes
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze financial data to support decision-making
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders
• Leadership experience that promotes teamwork and accountability
