Job Overview:Logistics CoordinatorThe Shipping Coordinator is responsible for shipping, receiving, returns, carrier relations, order management, product management and customer service. Assumes prompt, accurate, and systematic handling of finished goods and raw materials orders while providing outstanding customer service. Shift and Schedule:Monday- Friday10:00AM til finishedFlexibility to work overtime as needed is required Position ResponsibilitiesCheck in and out truck drivers in a timely manner using Carrier Point (logistics software used by Ryder)Accurately handle all transactions which in many cases are legal documentsAssign drivers to doors to be loaded and unloadedAssign material handlers to load the trucks Complete the bill of ladings for drivers and get the proper signaturesMaintain the office areas to include filing and cleaning duties as requiredEnsure compliance with safety codes, policies and procedures of the Company and Standards established by Office of Safety and Health AdministrationExecute new approaches/procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and services performed Total Rewards:$23.62 per hourBenefits, subject to eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Requirements:High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred1 year logistics, or shipping and receiving experience1 year working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel1 year experience with an automated warehouse management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Manugistics Company Overview: Keurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
