Title Closer Opportunity

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Closer opportunity available with a busy Title Company in St. Petersburg, FL. The Title Closer is responsible for below specific duties:

• Managing files from executed sales contract through processing and preparation of the Closing Disclosure/HUD.
• Coordinating with relevant parties to obtain required documentation and resolve title issues in support of the processing team.
• Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other title requirements to ensure compliance with title commitments and lender closing instructions.
• Ordering, reviewing, and disclosing matters related to surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, and sales contracts.
• Preparing the final Closing Disclosure/HUD and complete closing package.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 3+ years of experience in a Title closer position.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with Qualia Software.
• Florida Title Agent License.

Pay Rate Range: $31.25 - $38.45 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
