About the Role:
KINDHEARTED HEALTHCARE SERVICES INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/CMT to join our growing team in Bowie, AL. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with CMT certification and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities
• Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient assessments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights with empathy and professionalism

Requirements:

• Active and valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification in Alabama
• Current CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification required
• Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or home health setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
• Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
