About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Able to operate an Hoyer lift.
• Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote patient independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare team.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Support emotional and psychological well-being through compassionate interaction.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Current CNA and CMT certification in the state of Maryland.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to patient care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Background check and drug screening required.
