LabDev Product Architect SE3 with Security Clearance

LabDev Product Architect SE3 DCCA is a veteran-owned IT business providing innovative solutions to government agencies and commercial enterprises. This role focuses on high‑profile, mission‑critical work that supports national security objectives. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (CI polygraph within the last 5 years). Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general systems engineering experience Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience Responsibilities Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high‑level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documents Guide system development and implementation planning through preparation of systems engineering management plans and system integration and test plans Interact with the Government regarding systems engineering technical considerations and resolve associated problems, issues or conflicts Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables in the Systems Engineering area of responsibility Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives Salary & Benefits Proposed salary range in Maryland: $150,000 (final salary determined by various factors) Healthcare, retirement plan, paid disability and life insurance, employee assistance program, paid and unpaid leave, education assistance, and wellness initiatives Annual salary review to ensure pay equity within the company and industry Upskilling programs, recertification support, and professional development opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability and Veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr DCCA
