Sobre la posición

Estamos buscando un Mecánico Industrial con experiencia en mantenimiento de maquinaria de manufactura para unirse a una planta de producción dinámica y orientada a la eficiencia.

La persona seleccionada será responsable del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, diagnóstico, reparación y optimización de máquinas de moldeo por inyección de plástico y equipos auxiliares de producción .

Responsabilidades

Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en máquinas de inyección de plástico y equipos auxiliares.
Diagnosticar y solucionar fallas mecánicas, hidráulicas y neumáticas.
Inspeccionar equipos y completar registros de mantenimiento y órdenes de trabajo.
Reparar o reemplazar componentes desgastados o dañados, incluyendo moldes, barriles, tornillos y sistemas hidráulicos.
Configurar, ajustar y optimizar máquinas de inyección para los diferentes ciclos de producción.
Trabajar en conjunto con supervisores y operadores para identificar problemas recurrentes y desarrollar soluciones.
Cumplir con las normas de seguridad y regulaciones de OSHA .
Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua para aumentar la disponibilidad y eficiencia de los equipos.
Realizar diagnóstico eléctrico básico en coordinación con electricistas licenciados cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos

Experiencia comprobada como Mecánico Industrial, Mecánico de Mantenimiento o posición similar en un ambiente de manufactura.
Experiencia práctica con máquinas de inyección de plástico — requisito indispensable.
Conocimientos sólidos de sistemas hidráulicos, neumáticos y mecánicos .
Capacidad para leer e interpretar manuales técnicos, diagramas y planos.
Experiencia con programas de mantenimiento preventivo y sistemas CMMS es un plus.
Conocimientos básicos de electricidad preferidos.
Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en un ambiente industrial de producción.
Debe hablar español

Se valorará especialmente

Experiencia en Plastic Injection Molding .
Experiencia realizando cambios de moldes y ajustes de procesos.
Certificación técnica o vocacional en mecánica industrial o un campo relacionado.
Candidatos bilingües inglés/español .

Ambiente de trabajo

Planta industrial de producción bajo techo.
Ambiente dinámico y de alto volumen de producción.
Entorno enfocado en seguridad.
Uso obligatorio de PPE/equipo de protección personal.
