Supply Planning Manager

Design and execute end-to-end global supply plans for related commodities Partner with global hub operations to optimize inbound fulfillment modes Own the inventory decision-making process aligning with Cisco’s 'Weeks of Supply' (WOS) strategy Proactively identify and resolve component shortages through agile communication Utilize advanced analytical techniques to manage and mitigate Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) risks Cultivate partnerships with Global Supplier Management (SuCM) and external vendors Lead commodity supply response to volatile industry transitions Drive alignment across extended partner teams to ensure synchronized approaches Requirements 5+ years’ experience with Materials Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and/or Supply/Demand Planning Experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures Experience with data analysis, data analytics, and data modeling Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in designing and executing global supply plans while effectively managing inventory decisions and mitigating risks associated with Excess & Obsolescence.
