Field Relations Representative (1099 Contractor)

Pediatric Dental Professionals is seeking a professional, outgoing, and personable Field Relations Representative to support our outreach efforts through weekly visits to dental offices with which we have established relationships. This role helps maintain a positive and professional presence within the dental community while strengthening relationships with referral partners.

This is a part-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable building professional relationships in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Visit approximately 50 dental offices weekly as part of a scheduled outreach route
• Deliver appreciation gifts and marketing materials in a professional and engaging manner
• Build and maintain positive relationships with dental office teams and referral partners
• Represent Pediatric Dental Professionals with professionalism and consistency
• Use provided brand messaging and talking points during office visits
• Track and confirm completed visits using a designated delivery app
• Maintain organized office notes and records, including contact information, office updates, and relevant feedback from visits
• Maintain an organized and efficient route schedule
• Review brand messaging expectations before beginning regular route completion

Schedule

• Approximately 5–7 hours per completed weekly route (time may vary based on route efficiency)
• Deliveries to be completed within an agreed weekday timeframe
• Contractor determines route organization and scheduling within that timeframe
• Start Date: July 1, 2026

Compensation

• $20/hour plus mileage reimbursement
• Independent contractor is responsible for personal vehicle expenses

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Professional appearance and attire required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable interacting with dental professionals and office staff
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable working independently
• Organized, dependable, and punctual
• Previous marketing, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred but not required
