Production Worker

Job Title: Production Worker Location: Wakefield, NE Shifts: 1st shift: Monday – Friday | 6am – 3pm – Pay: $17.50/hour 2nd shift: Monday – Friday | 3pm – 11:30pm – Pay: $18.50/hour Job Summary Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated and physically active Production Worker. This is a fast‑paced, industrial environment where precision and physical stamina are key. Key Responsibilities Production Loading: Remove cases from pallets and place them onto conveyors; remove empty flats from stackers. Quality Control: Ensure plastic flats are clean of debris and follow all Standard Operating Procedures. Maintenance: Perform minor troubleshooting on production loaders and promptly report mechanical issues to management. Sanitation: Keep the machine area neat and maintain sanitary conditions in your workspace. Workflow Coordination: Work closely to maintain a steady flow of production. Requirements & Physical Demands Lifting: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Stamina: Able to stand on hard surfaces for most of the shift; must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and climb stairs. Environment: Comfortable working in cold, wet, noisy, or dusty conditions and around standard cleaning solutions. Coordination: Excellent hand‑eye coordination for repetitive tasks.
