Component Repair Technologies, based in Mentor, OH, is seeking an entry-level Thermal Spray Set-Up Technician. This role supports the thermal spray technicians by preparing parts for restoration, configuring equipment, and applying masking. The successful applicant will undergo extensive in-house training. Responsibilities include following safety protocols, performing grit blasting, and maintaining quality standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and some manufacturing experience is preferred.
