Job Details We are seeking a highly qualified Associate to join our Tax practice. We handle a wide range of complex tax matters, with a focus on funds-related and M&A tax issues. Responsibilities Advise clients on the tax aspects of sophisticated transactions, including fund formation, structuring, and operations. Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and cross-border investments and acquisitions. Provide tax guidance to startups and their founders. Collaborate with internal teams and clients, applying strong analytical skills and sound judgment. What we’re looking for 4–7 years of transactional tax experience at a top law firm or accounting firm. Admission to the New York or New Jersey bar.
