We are looking for a talented part -time  Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the school year, this job is approximately 8 hours per week.

Hourly Rate Range : $55.00-$70.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include:

• Conduct evaluations of students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students' access to the educational environment.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom-based settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and eligibility determinations in compliance with California Department of Education (CDE) and IDEA guidelines.
• Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress notes per district and state requirements.
• Recommend and support adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom modifications.
• Provide training and consultation to teachers, staff, and families on motor development, sensory strategies, and accessibility supports.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California Occupational Therapy License issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT).
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
