Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to students across Pre-K through 8th grade in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students develop the skills needed to succeed academically and function effectively within the school environment.

Caseload & Assignment Details

Students in Pre-K through 8th grade
School-based setting
Full-time schedule
Onsite services only

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have :

Active State Occupational Therapy License
Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Ability to work onsite for the duration of the assignment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous school-based experience preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student goals
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to therapy-related recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and school requirements
