Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy programs aimed at achieving functional goals.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to guarantee comprehensive and integrated care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families about therapeutic practices to ensure continued progress outside of sessions.
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track toward their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
