Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

WinnCompanies is seeking a Temporary Full-Cycle Recruiter to support East Coast operations and corporate hiring from our Boston, MA headquarters (Government Center). You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across residential and corporate roles while providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will be based out of our Boston, MA Headquarters located at One Washington Mall, Boston, MA 02108 (Government Center) on Mondays-Thursdays with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Occasional travel may be required for career fairs, hiring events, or interviews. Please note that the pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. This is a minimum 6 month maternity leave coverage.
