Senior Manager, Customer Marketing

Owning the customer lifecycle marketing strategy, the full-time Senior Manager, Customer Marketing will lead a team to enhance engagement, upsell, and retention for existing customers in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and evolve the customer lifecycle marketing strategy to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell Manage a Customer Marketing Lead and oversee various marketing campaigns across multiple channels Own customer engagement programs and communication calendars, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives Required qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth roles in a high-growth B2B tech environment Proven track record of managing a marketing function end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and budget management Advanced experience with customer engagement platforms like Customer.io or Marketo Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools like Salesforce and Looker Excellent communication skills, capable of translating strategy for diverse audiences
