The Sales Consultant is extremely knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market. The Ford Store Morgan Hill is the #1 volume Ford Dealership in the Bay Area. We are currently looking to hire and train new sales consultants in our no hassle selling process. We need talent, and good talent is paid well! No experience is necessary; however, some sales and Ford experience is preferred. Our pay plan is one of the best found in any dealership, anywhere! Our associates are truly our #1 asset, and we know how to take care of them. Our average consultant earns over $7,000.00 a month. Our top consultant earns over $15,000.00 a month. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service. The Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
