They will ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and drive continuous improvement. Operator are responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. They need to be familiar with the manufacturing change-over process. Operator must be flexible and have the ability to operate other equipment in the facility as needed. This job requires strong communication, Interpersonal, and team-building skills to support site objectives. Punctuality is a must.What are we looking for?Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma/GEDStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer skills – Preferably iPadPassion to work and learn in a manufacturing environmentAbility to adapt to changing environment – ResiliencyMinimum of 1 year of manufacturing experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 40lbs.Standing for extended time periods & mobility to climb stairs and ladders.What will be your key responsibilities?Operating equipment to complete the conversion process and package the finished product prior to shipping to our customers.Conducting problem-solving and troubleshooting as necessary.Loading packaged material, clearing jams, resetting faults, conducting change-overs, quality checks, reporting issues, and maintaining area GMP’s.Completing basic preventative maintenance work as assigned (CIL’s)Ensuring quality & food safety procedural conformanceWearing required PPE and reporting any safety hazards immediatelyThe ability to communicate accurate and timely information using computer technology.Ability to work in a self-directed manner with a positive attitude.
