Total Talent Solutions is now hiring a commercial maintenance technician direct hire in Charlotte, NC. Pay rate: $29.00 $34.00 per hour. Monday Friday. Night & weekend availability required.

From gear jams to power trips, you handle it all. When something breaks, you don't panic, you grab your tools and get to work. We need a commercial maintenance technician who can keep machines moving and production rolling.

Your Skills

• 25 years of maintenance, mechanical, or building trades experience
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or facility maintenance
• Valid driver's license with good driving record required
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and work order systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

On The Job Every Day

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work at commercial facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC-related issues
• Complete work orders, inspections, and service reports using mobile technology
• Repair drywall, paint surfaces, replace fixtures, and maintain building appearance
• Support emergency maintenance calls and after-hours service requests
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Follow OSHA regulations and all workplace safety procedures
• Travel daily between local customer sites using company vehicle
