Preferred Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license (state of GA or compact)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an acute care Operating Room
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary surgical team

Core Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in surgical procedures, ensuring sterile technique
• Monitor patient safety and surgical environment from pre-op through recovery
• Communicate patient status and procedural updates to the surgical team and patient families
• Accurately document perioperative care and maintain compliance with regulations
• Support new staff and contribute to a positive work culture
