Sr. Account Manager Client Success, Innovative Payor Partnerships

Labcorp seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage relationships with innovative health plan and payer clients. The role focuses on client onboarding, retention, cross-functional coordination, and identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for health plan clients on onboarding, escalations, contracts, and operations
Monitor client success metrics and feedback to drive retention and service improvements
Develop customized proposals with tailored value propositions and novel pricing models
Lead internal initiatives to integrate new client types into established processes
Perform analytics on operational and financial performance to support decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
5+ years healthcare experience with knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
Proven client success or account management experience including onboarding
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and exercise independent judgment
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior leaders

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $117,000.00
