What You'll Do:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival to vehicle delivery
• Build trust and maintain proactive communication throughout the service process
• Identify opportunities and confidently recommend maintenance and repair services
• Drive service sales while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Partner closely with technicians to ensure an efficient and seamless experience
• Resolve concerns professionally and create loyal, returning customers
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation

Job Requirements:
What We're Looking For:

• Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required
• Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Motivated, driven, and focused on delivering results
• CDK experience preferred
• Volkswagen experience is a plus
