Service AdvisorWe are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writer capabilities, and previous management experience. Every day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including addressing customers needs and concerns, managing required documentation.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitabilityUtilizing phone procedures to answer the phone and convert caller into center. (booking appts for services needed).Utilize the digital platforms (Auto Vitals Inspection) that provide inspection information to communicate to the customer on their concerns and needs.Utilizing POS to build and present customer estimates.Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely mannerMentor employees on best practices for improving sales and customer service techniquesOversee day-to-day operations of the Technicians and workflow.Manage the flow of service department paperwork, including invoices, repair orders, parts and inventory accuracy.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required bachelor's degree preferredValid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are requiredSuccessful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screeningAt least two years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor is required.
