Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant PrideStaff, on behalf of our client, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of their team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with accounting procedures and have experience with accounting software programs such as QuickBooks (QB) and NetSuite . The candidate will be responsible for processing business transactions, handling accounts payable and receivable, managing expense reports, receipts, and other financial matters. Proven accounting experience is required. Responsibilities: Calculate costs of goods and services Track and record deliveries to customers Distribute invoices for sales review Maintain accurate records in accordance with company standards Perform various office tasks as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in billing, finance, or related fields Experience in data entry Knowledge of standard accounting procedures Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening PrideStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
