Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions
• Manage and enhance IAM processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications
• Integrate applications with SailPoint using SSO, connectors, and APIs
• Configure and maintain identity lifecycle, roles, policies, and workflows
• Collaborate with security and application teams to enforce cybersecurity best practices
• Troubleshoot identity, access, and authentication-related issues
• Support audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), IAM (Identity Access Management), SSO (Single Sign On)
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Solid cybersecurity background and security-first mindset
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies
• Understanding of authentication/authorization standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect preferred)
• Experience with cloud IAM integrations
• Scripting or development experience (Java, BeanShell, or similar)
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC, ISO)
