Job Details Job Location: TMV Venues - Fallbrook, CA 92028 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: None Salary Range: $25.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Shift: Day About the Role The General Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall condition of our outdoor venues to ensure they are always event-ready. This hands‑on role supports daily maintenance, preventative upkeep, and real‑time repairs across plumbing, electrical, and general facility systems, while also assisting with event setup and breakdown as needed. Working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume wedding and events environment, this position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and takes pride in keeping venue spaces operating smoothly and safely for every event experience. What You’ll Do Perform general maintenance and repairs across outdoor venue grounds, buildings, and event spaces Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical issues as needed Conduct routine inspections of venue facilities to identify safety hazards, repair needs, and maintenance priorities Respond to urgent maintenance requests during events to ensure seamless guest experience Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition What We’re Looking For Experience Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience Minimum of 2 years of plumbing and electrical experience required OR relevant trade certification preferred Experience working in outdoor environments, event venues, or high‑traffic facilities preferred Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general repairs strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, repair techniques, and safety practices Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively Ability to stand or walk for eight (8) hours or more in a fast‑paced indoor/outdoor environment requiring frequent movement Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction, and kneel, stoop, bend, and climb stairs Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic hand and power tool proficiency required Bi‑lingual (Spanish and English) language skills a plus Trademark Core Behaviors Intentional Service Clear Accountability Extraordinary Empathy Ethics in Action Adaptive Excellence Operational Clarity Why Trademark Venues?
