We provide culturally responsive, high-quality care through in-person and telehealth services, including therapy and psychological testing for clients of all ages. Compensation Competitive and commensurate with experience. Part-time: Psychotherapist $46/hour; Psychologist $87/hour. Full-time: $70,000–$100,000/year for Psychologist/Psychotherapist. Position Overview Join our clinical team as an EMDR Therapist and make a meaningful impact in clients’ trauma recovery. Licensed clinician trained in EMDR with clinical expertise and compassion. Responsibilities: assess client needs, develop tailored treatment plans, provide EMDR therapy, collaborate with multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, uphold culturally responsive, trauma-informed care while continuing to grow professionally. Requirements Independent license in Virginia or Maryland. Licensure in Washington, D.C. preferred; priority for clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions. Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care. Dedication to continuous professional development. Desired experience 1-3 years. Must be local.
