Commercial Construction Foreman
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Austin Metro Area

A well-established general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Austin Metro area. Projects include new construction, tenant improvements, remodeling, and building additions. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can supervise crews while working alongside them when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities
• Lead crews while maintaining a safe and productive work environment
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Perform general construction work as needed
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Enforce job site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Foreman in commercial construction
• Strong general construction knowledge
• Experience with new construction, remodeling, and additions
• Must have your own hand and power tools
• Must be able to safely use construction tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience.
