CSR- In office Sales Representative

Brief Description Full‑time insurance associate providing professional, courteous service to internal and external customers, answering policy questions, accepting payments, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role includes vehicle inspections, photography, bank run deposits, and other assigned tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers Answers any questions regarding customers’ policies Accepts payments and processes transactions Identifies any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Handles vehicle inspections (FNOL) and takes vehicle pictures (requires squatting, bending, flexing) Conducts bank run deposits Supports marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis Maintains a neat and clean work area and office Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to provide a first‑rate experience for customers Must pass state licensing requirements Flexible schedule Reliable transportation Education, Training, and Experience High School Diploma (required) Previous customer service experience is helpful #J-18808-Ljbffr Fred Loya Insurance Agency
