Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders. Observe patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred. PRN rates range from $32.00 - $45.00/hour. $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time employees.
