Exciting Opportunity: Interventional Radiology RN Job Description: - Position: Interventional Radiology RN - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM On-Call Rotation - Duration: 13 Weeks Unit Overview: - Facilities: - 2 Interventional Radiology Suites (Single Plane and Bi-Plane) - 1 Holding Area - 1 CT Procedure Room - Staffing: - 5 Nurses - 5 Technologists - Technology Used: - Philips Bi-Plane - Philips Single Plane - GE Monitoring - EMR System: Expanse Candidate Requirements: - Essential Skills: - Experience in Procedural Departments, Critical Care, Emergency Department, ICU - Proficiency with Moderate Sedation - Must reside within a 30-minute radius of the facility - Preferred Skills: - Experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab - Additional Moderate Sedation experience Typical Procedures Performed: - Angiograms - Trevo - Cerebral Coiling - Biopsies - Neuro Intervention/Angiograms - Carotid Stenting - Embolectomy & Thrombectomy (PE) - Kyphoplasty - Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI) - Hip Injections - Paracentesis - Thoracentesis - Renal Microwave Ablations Ideal Candidate Profile: - Independent and efficient nursing practice - Strong team collaboration skills Required Certifications: - ACLS - BLS Additional Information: - Weekend Requirements: As needed per department demands - On-Call Duties: 1-2 call nights per week - Flexibility: Must be available to pick up extra call as required Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
